Use of Pictures, Symbols, Logos, and Other Artwork

Any pictures, symbols, logos, or other artwork provided or requested by the customer for use in a custom product may originate from sources not controlled or managed by HonestCoinsLI, Corp. or our production partners. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all such content is properly authorized for use on the customized item. HonestCoinsLI, Corp. assumes no responsibility for verifying usage rights. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the customer’s chosen content are the customer’s full responsibility. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HonestCoinsLI, Corp. from any such claims. Under no circumstances will HonestCoinsLI, Corp. be held liable for the illegal or unauthorized use of any content.
 

Copyrights, Artwork, and Coin Die Mold Ownership and Retention Policy

All artwork and coin die molds remain the property of HonestCoinsLI, Corp. and may only be used for reorders placed by the customer or an authorized representative designated by the customer. This policy ensures complete control over each customer’s coin design and the quantity of items produced during its lifespan.

Die molds are retained for two (2) years from the last production date. Reorders placed after this period will require the creation of a new die mold, and an additional die mold fee will apply.

All artwork created or provided by HonestCoinsLI, Corp. is protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used by any other party—including but not limited to individuals, manufacturers, or artists—for personal or commercial purposes. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, usage rights to the artwork may only be transferred upon payment of a $300 artwork fee to HonestCoinsLI, Corp.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Custom Products

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, full payment is required before production begins. If the customer cancels the order after production has started but before the molding process is completed, 75% of the total invoiced amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after the molding process is complete, no refund will be issued.

Once final artwork approval is given, any requested changes may result in additional fees or may not be possible if production has already begun.

All sales of non-custom items from HonestCoinsLI, Corp. are final and non-refundable.
 

Production Approval, Errors, and Use of Samples

Production will not commence until the customer finalizes the coin or patch artwork layout, including spelling, colors, and other details.

If an error in the design is determined to be the fault of HonestCoinsLI, Corp., the item will be remade at no cost to the customer. HonestCoinsLI, Corp. reserves the right to sell misprints, overruns, and production errors through retail channels or other means. Sample proofs of custom orders may be produced for quality control and used for display in any medium.

Turnaround Times & Delays

All production timelines provided by HonestCoinsLI, Corp. are estimates and not guaranteed. Timelines may be impacted by customer delays in artwork approval, supply chain interruptions, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond HonestCoinsLI, Corp.’s control. HonestCoinsLI, Corp. is not responsible for missed deadlines unless a guaranteed delivery date has been agreed upon in writing.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Orders will be shipped via carriers chosen by HonestCoinsLI, Corp. unless otherwise agreed. Once an order has shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. Shipping insurance is available upon request and at the customer’s expense. HonestCoinsLI, Corp. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.

Color, Size, and Material Variations

Minor color, size, texture, or finish variations between digital proofs and the final product are normal and will not be considered defects. Due to manufacturing processes and material differences, colors viewed on screens may appear differently in print or physical products.

Minimum Order Quantities & ReordersAll customers are encouraged to order a minimum of 50 units. Reorder pricing may differ from the original order, particularly for smaller quantities. Customers will be notified of any changes before production begins.

Customer-Supplied Physical Materials

If a customer provides physical materials (e.g., patches, coins, reference items) for use in production, HonestCoinsLI, Corp. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or alteration to those materials.

Force Majeure

HonestCoinsLI, Corp. will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, accidents, war, pandemics, governmental restrictions, transportation delays, or supply shortages.
