Our team works closely with customers to ensure that each order is produced to their specifications. As a valued customer, your input is essential to this process. The responsibilities of HonestCoinsLI, Corp include:


We stand behind our products 100%. HonestCoinsLI, Corp guarantees the quality of every product we manufacture. We will replace any custom product that is found to be defective, at no additional cost to you. To take advantage of this guarantee, please submit a written claim of a defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For the purpose of this Agreement, a "defect" or "defective" refers to a manufacturing error.

Accurate information for you. Before we begin production, you will receive a digital proof of your final custom-made product via email. This high-quality digital proof will allow you to check for spelling errors, verify color, size and make any necessary changes or corrections before production starts. The "size" of your lapel pin is determined by measuring the widest or tallest point of the design.

Keep in mind that all computer monitors and printers may display colors differently, so we recommend consulting a local art store or professional printer to confirm your color choice.

Confirming your order: Before production, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation will include:

  1. Detailed specifications of your order, including pricing, type, size, quantity, colors, and estimated production time.

  2. A final digital proof that incorporates any changes or corrections you requested.

  3. A link to our terms and conditions page. If the written specifications and final digital proof meet your expectations, please reply to the email with your approval. Once we receive your approval, we will begin production immediately. If you placed your order online, you will have the opportunity to review your details and our terms and conditions before submitting your order, therefore you won't need to receive a confirmation email.


After receiving your approval on the order confirmation, we will promptly begin production of your order. Although we typically meet the production timelines outlined, we cannot provide a guarantee for production or shipping times.

Please note that large or specialty orders may require additional production time. If a replacement order is needed, it will also be subject to the same production time frames as the original order. If you have any questions, please reach out to your sales representative. We will ship your finished order via UPS Priority International Air Service (at no additional cost to you for orders shipped within the United States) to the address you provide.

Online Ordering System:

HonestCoinsLI, Corp. provides an online ordering system with a secure credit card processing option for customers' convenience. We prioritize the security of our customers' financial and personal information, and our sales representatives can provide further information about our security procedures upon request. It is important for customers to confirm their proof number, information, and delivery date with a sales representative before placing an order, as orders cannot be cancelled and any payments received will be applied towards future purchases.

You are accountable for:

Legal ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to HonestCoinsLI, Corp you confirm that you have the legal ownership of any logos, trademarks, and copyrights associated with your order and that the reproduction of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity’s intellectual property rights.


Pay due attention to the proof provided. It is important to thoroughly review the digital proof provided, paying attention to the design, spelling, and colors chosen. If there are no changes or corrections needed, please return your approval via email, indicating that the order has been approved. As this is a custom-made product with no market for cancellations, once an order is approved it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Product Shipping. Our goal is to get your product to you by the date you need it, but we cannot guarantee delivery or take responsibility for delays that are out of our control, such as incorrect address information, customs procedures, package misroutes, or the unavailability of the recipient.

Additionally, shipping to locations outside of the United States will include an additional fee and taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient.

Legal Information: 

All sales are final. As our products are customized, all sales are final and cannot be canceled after an order is placed. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be given. However, if a product is found to be defective, we will replace it at no extra cost, as long as we are notified within 30 days of receipt.

Binding Agreement. This agreement is the complete understanding between HonestCoinsLI,Corp and our customers and supersedes any other communication (such as email or phone) regarding this order for promotional products.

Referral program terms. It is not allowed to use your own referral code with a different email address in order to reduce the cost of your order and earn future credits. Anyone found doing so will have all earned credits invalidated, be prohibited from earning future credits, and have the discounted amount removed from their order. They will be billed for the discounted amount or the value of their order will be adjusted accordingly.

Disclaimer of warranty. We do not warrant or guarantee the products we manufacture for any particular purpose, use or event.

In the event of a legal dispute, it is agreed that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute is Orange County, Florida, USA. The party that prevails in the dispute will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees, including those incurred before, during, and after trial or hearing. If HonestCoinsLI, Corp is named in a lawsuit for copyright or trademark infringement related to the use of a copyrighted or trademark-protected item provided by you, you agree to indemnify HonestCoinsLI, Corp for any damages and/or expenses related to the litigation.

Purchasing merchandise from HonestCoinsLI, Corp does not grant permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks.
